Your Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchases from Jordana Ticia Cosmetics, however if this is not the case, we will refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in its original condition. If you have simply changed your mind, items must still be sealed in packaging and unused. If the item is faulty please let us know. When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in a sealed bag with the relevant information. 

You must let us know within 14 days of the date you receive the item that you'd like to make a return. We will not accept returns after this time has passed.

Please note, items returned will take up to 14 working days from when we receive it to be refunded back to you.

If the customer enters an invalid/incomplete address when returning an item, the return will be sent back directly to the sender. If this occurs, the customer will incur the charge of the original postage in addition to the charge of postage to return the item back to us.

Please note: Any items that are not accepted as a return (due to not being in a saleble condition), must be claimed within 14 days of the customer being notified and must be returned to sender, or will be destroyed.

How To Return an Item

Please follow the steps below to return your parcel to us:

1. Re-pack the item in sealed bag with labels and tags still attached.

2. Please include your invoice in the box OR write your order number on paper and place inside the box if you do not have an invoice. Failure to do this will mean we cannot identify your order or process a refund.

3. Add this address to the outside of your parcel:

STYELWISE UK (LTD), Ashbury Works, Gorton Rd, Manchester M12 5AD

4. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. As any missing parcel is your responsibility. We advise our customers to use a tracked service to return any parcels as we will not be held liable for missing parcels.

5. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

6. Once your return is received it will take up to 14 working days to refund your account you will receive an email stating your account has been credited. Please note we do not cover any shipping cost this cost is met by the customer when we receive a return the amount refunded is for the item(s) returned.
