Free standard UK delivery on orders over £40.
Standard UK delivery £4.75.
All UK orders are shipped with DPD.


USA
Standard delivery (up to 1kg) £10.
Free standard delivery on orders over $100.
All USA orders are shipped with DPD.

International

Customs & Import Charges
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs duties, import taxes or other local charges are not included in your order total.

Please note these are the delivery times that DPD advises however we are not responsible for external factors that may effect this. The number of days refers to working days Monday-Friday. 


RETURNS

At Jordana Ticia, customer satisfaction is vital to us. So, if you are unhappy with your purchase we have a 14 day return policy. We will refund or exchange an item if returned to us within 14 days from delivery.

The item must not have been used or any seals broken on the product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returning the parcel is the responsibility of the customer & therefore we recommend using a recorded delivery service and keeping your proof of postage, in the unlikely event that the return could be lost in the courier transit process. The cost of the returned parcel is also down to the customer. 

Due to EU hygiene regulations we can’t refund, replace or exchange makeup that is returned to Jordana Ticia in non-saleable condition. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days. To return your product, you should mail your product to:
